For those that are still around, ISS and AIAA are meeting up on the Engineering Quad for some Ultimate Frisbee on Thursday at 6:00pm. |

Continuing the annual tradition, the AIAA student/faculty softball game was played during this semester’s AIAA picnic. This year there was an outstanding performance by the students as the faculty team was unable to even come to bat. This followed an outstanding half inning by the offensively minded students. This was despite President and lead-off man of the student team, Jared Daum, striking out twice on six pitches. Nevertheless, the student team batted around twice putting up fifteen runs until finally Jeremy Alonso, batting in the final spot, was stopped by an incredible defensive play by Diane Jeffers. Following this performance, the game was called. |
