Q: Do the payloads have to be stored in the box or can they be left on the deck in the drop zones?

A: For the payload release mission the payloads will be recovered from the drop zone once the aircraft is safely back in the air.  For the internal payload mission, the removed payloads will be carried back to the crew holding "box" by the ground crew.

For both the INTERNAL and EXTERNAL payload missions, the payload will be stored in the storage box with the aircraft and may be stored INTERNAL to the aircraft when returned to the storage box at the end of the mission, or they may be stored loose in the box.
