Research conducted by the Racing Wheelchair Aerodynamics Design Team was recently featured in an article on UniversalSports.com. The team, led by members of the Aircraft Icing and Aerodynamics Research Group, developed methods of reducing drag on racing wheelchairs and proved them effective using wind tunnel and coastdown testing.
